foodpanda in Bangladesh is looking for Rider Recruitment Executive to join their team immediately. As a Rider Recruitment Executive, you`ll be the face of the company to all applicants and be able to source and recruit the right delivery staff for the company. foodpanda receives thousands of applications through all of it`s recruitment channels, and you should have good convincing and communication skills to convert these applications to employees quickly.
Job Responsibilities
- You’ll be a self-starter and be responsible for all delivery man hiring needs
- Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc.
- Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.
- Conduct background checks and verify identity.
- Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staffs
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Recruitment & Selection, Staffing
Additional Requirements
- You will need to excellent communication skills in Bengali and have negotiation/sales skills.
- Work experience as a Recruiter or Sales/ Tele Sales/ Good Customer Service Experience
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
