The Technical Communications Executive (Presenter) is accountable for producing and presenting along with the Global Technical Head. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a vast database and presentation-making in support of a dedicated Global Technical & Compliance Teams
Job Responsibilities
- Produce and present in front of our respective customers and global senior teams following the business briefs and updated data.
- Travel to our partner factories depending on business needs.
- Work with our Global Technical & Compliance Team members to create innovative visuals based on collecting massive data from draft to final presentation.
- Ensure all visuals and presentations follow company brand guidelines/ templates provided by the company.
- Evolve and sustain our data library and brand standards.

- Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 3 – 4 years of experience in marketing, communication & graphic design, but less experience will be considered depending on portfolio standard.
- Should have sound CRM platform knowledge, basic knowledge of Quality, Technical and Compliance.
- Should have a knack for data management and communication with the relevant teams to get updates on a regular basis.
- Having prior experience working in the Apparel/ Fashion industry will be an added advantage.
- Having prior experience in speaking in public forums, such as seminars, business training, etc. will get preference
- Expert in Microsoft Office Program (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Manage and maintain online/offline data management platform/software to make life easier for customers and management.
- Solution-oriented, flexible, and organized.
- Highly detail-oriented, accurate, excellent memory, and a drive for perfection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding regular updates and production environment.
- Resourceful, adaptable, analytical, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal & communication (English) skills with an easy-going attitude.
- Confident to show a portfolio with your recent Analytical presentations and discuss your ideas and working process to the team.
