We are looking for talented and mentally and physically fit fresh graduate engineers for our Field Support Operations (Technical) on yearly contract (Applicants with previous job experience are not eligible for this position).
Job Responsibilities
- Responsibilities including but not limited to the followings :
- Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers regarding Operating Systems (Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
- Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Networking, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Networking/Telecommuniction, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Engineering in Computers
- Course (Bachelors or Diploma) must be fully complete (including Project/Thesis/Internship).
- Course on Networking e.g. CCNA, MTCNA etc. will be of added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 24 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have a residence in Chittagong city.
- Physical fitness to be able to regularly work for prolonged hours outdoors.
- Good Reading and Writing skills in both Bengali and English.
