Job title: Office Assistant
Job description: Job Context
- Duty station: Projahnmo Sylhet Office.
- Job Nature: Fixed term
- Manage logistics/project materials and ensure smooth supply of logistics to all field offices and study hospitals according to requisition.
- Assist in organizing procurement of logistics.
- Maintain inventory of consumables and fixed assets of the organization.
- Ensure repair and maintenance of office logistics, equipment and vehicles.
- Provide logistical support to organize meeting and workshop for the organization.
- Manage office vehicle/rental vehicle for supporting field visits of officers.
- Assist Account and admin officer to prepare financial documents, reports and support other account related activities.
- Assist to update staff personal file.
- All other duties as and when assigned by the management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or social science or related subject.
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- 1-2 Years of experience in admin, logistics and account related activities.
- Experience requirement may be flexible for highly qualified candidates.
- Competency requirement:
- Computer skill in MS word and excel
- Must have valid motorcycle driving license and able to drive effectively.
- Should be able to work with a team
- Should be able to communicate effectively
- Must have innovative thinking skills
- Should have a drive to learn and solve problems
- Motivation to take challenges
- 20,046/- per month including house rent and conveyance allowance and other admissible benefits.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- 12% retirement fund contribution by PRF will be given as per organizational policy.
- All the appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 1 year but may be extended for further period depending on satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
