Job title: Associate Manager, Help Desk and Regional Support
Job description: Job Context
Job Location: Sylhet (Subidbazar)
- Ensuring the smooth operation of a system support function for Sylhet Regional Operation Center (ROC)/Sylhet regions including PAN Bank End-user support, End User Computing, connectivity, and communications.
- Working experience in location-based Systems Support/Infrastructure Support functions of a large company.
- Sound Knowledge of the latest tools, technologies, and systems. In-depth understanding of enterprise-level software, hardware, infrastructure, and applications.
- Executing technology projects and system implementations in ROC/Regions in an organized and effective manner.
- Managing key stakeholders, ownership of IT issues and escalation to mitigate or improve underline IT issues.
- Should know about IT Service Management especially Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management.
- Should know about Bangladesh Bank ICT Policy, Audit and Compliance procedure of large commercial bank.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in CSE/Computer Science/ETE/ECE/EEE from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record.
- 3 to 4 year(s)
- Selected candidate must have to stay Sylhet and local people will be given preference
- 3-4 years of experience in Systems Support/Infrastructure Support Function of large local companies/MNC.
- Familiar with IT Service Management Standard (ISO 20000/ITIL).
- Hard working and Multitasking ability under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in Project Coordination & Reporting.
- Must be familiar with any ITSM Applications
