Job title: Executive – Client Service
Job description: Job Context
- We are a reputed Communication firm having a business of the service for print and electronic media for many years with the reputation. Our company has provided services to a growing list of highly satisfied clients.
- We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Executive of the Client Service Department. We are looking for people who are willing to accept any challenges and take charge with a “Can Do” attitude.
- To take care on office operation, training and development process.
- Ensure performance management process, compensation and benefits process on time.
- Ensure administrative tasks.
- Good computer skills – efficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills (fluent, spoken and written English & Bangla)
- Employee counseling & motivation as well as develop & implement performance appraisal system.
- Conducting meetings, preparing meeting minutes and providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
- Writing different letters or document (Typing skill both Bengali and English mandatory)
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Monitor and ensure compliance to the human resource policy and procedure of the organization ensuring discipline and prompt service delivery of the employees
- Business Generation, Interact and Correspond to Develop Prospective and New Clients
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships
- Preparing Presentations/content for plan
- Examining clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 2 year(s)
- Age at most 30 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO/Private organization/ Advertising Firm
- Should have knowledge about Participating in all types of tenders. E.g.: EOI, RFP, RFQ, e-GP, OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
- Must be hard working, diligent and responsible.
- Willing to work under close deadlines.
- Very proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Able to execute briefs as per directions of superiors.
- Good typing speed both Bangla & English.
- Experience in Advertising/ Communication/Event Management sector will added extra advantage.
