Job title: Sr. Executive/ Executive- Sales (Tower-71-Chattagram)
Job description: Job Context
- The company is one of the largest group of companies in Bangladesh. The company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
- We are looking for Executive- Sales who has vast working experience in Sales and Marketing from reputed Real Estate Company in Chattagram, as sales executive she will focuses on the buying process of properties and commercial spaces. In this role, she prepare and show a house to potential buyers and negotiate sales agreements between the property owner and the buyer.
- The applicants should have well experiance to achieve monthly sales target including credit management without fail.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received within time.
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before successful closing deals.
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
- Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the real estate market market in Chattagram
- Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals.
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
- Maintain contact with potential clients to discuss future business prospects.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, local fare and events to improve on more sales target.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Corporate Marketing, flat sales, Selling Apartments and Commercial Space
- At least 3 year(s)

- Age 24 to 30 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
- Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
